Fall Colors

I’ve heard predictions that the drought may dull the autumn’s colors. So far, that hasn’t been the case.

I’m also happy to report we’ve been getting some more rain too. At least 3 inches over the last month. I think that has pulled us out of the “severe drought” range, thank goodness. We still have a long way to go to make-up for the rainfall we didn’t get. (The ponds in particular will take some time to recover.) But overall, we can also breathe a little sigh of relief. And maybe enjoy a bonfire or two again!
